Our capital has changed seven times

The capital of the Federal Republic was not always Berlin. In fact, it was only in 1991 that it was decided to move the capital from Bonn to Berlin. Other German cities that were once the capital of Germany are Aachen, Regensburg, Frankfurt am Main, Nuremberg and Weimar.
