Visiting Little Penguins

Also known as fairy or blue penguins, these adorable creatures are native to Australia / NZ and are only found in the wild here (though you may find them in zoos elsewhere). It is a common practice for those who live near a colony to visit with family or friends, and see these little guys up close. Some may even donate money to the reserves of their habitat, to help protect the wild species.
