Hiking in the mountains

Each summer since I was little, I go with my father (and sometimes friends) to the mountains to hike for a week or so. It is really an experience, being up in the middle of nowhere, sleeping under the stars, carrying everything on your back and seeing new places every day. The views are probably the best part. It is amazing in our hyper digitalised dystopic world to just be walking surrounded by nature and in good company.
