Polish national Remembrance Day

On November 11th 1918 Poland has finally appeared back on world maps after 123 years of occupation by neighbouring countries. This is an important day to remember as it shows how much suffering the Polish have went through but they still stand to this day which is also shown in the nation anthem. “Jeszcze Polska nie zginęła, kiedy my żyjemy.” what translates to “Poland has not yet perished as long as we live.”
