Christmas in Austria

December is my favourite month, because there are so many beautiful traditions around Christmas. My family and I use to bake different kinds of Christmas-cookies and on every sunday we sit around our table and sing Christmas songs together. We have an advent wreath and every week, we light up one more candle until all four are shining. On the 24th, we decorate the Christmas tree and visit our relatives to celebrate with them. We are giving gifts to each other and I love the cozy atmosphere! <3 Also, I really like snow, sometimes it's snowing quite a lot in Austria, but on Christmas, it's usually all melted again.
