Pączki, Polish Donuts

Polish doughnuts, called "Pączki" really can't be beaten. The traditional Polish doughnut is fried, filled with rose jam and coated in icing or powdered sugar. "Pączki" are delicious everywhere, but the ones served in my Dad's home town are exquisite - the dough is delicate and delightful - it's really a joy whenever we visit there.
