Cepelinai, traditional dish

A traditional Lithuanian dish - the glorious marriage between boiled potato dough and minced meat (or curd) stuffing, drowned in sour cream and bacon. Foreigners either love them or think them bizarre (mostly the former). Some classify this food as a dumpling, but honestly it is it's own thing.Back in the day when I was a bachelors student there was a period when I ate them almost everyday for two weeks (because the canteen kept serving them) - couldn't get bored of them!
