I was never a person that celebrated their birthday in a big way. I'd usually visit family for brunch and didn't really celebrate with my friends. 3 years ago I saw someone online having a "painting-party". I loved the idea so much, I decided to do it for my birthday. We'd all sit on the ground, everyone with a canvas in hand and just start painting. Every few minutes we'd switch canvas. In the end you have multiple paintings created together with your closest friends. I'd love to someday have a wall filled with drawings from my birthdays. It's so much fun and everyone gets a super special keepsake in form of a painting.
And the best thing:
You don't need to be "good" at painting to do this! Just have fun :)
