La Playuela de Puerto Rico

La Playuela is a beach also commonly known as Playa Sucia in Cabo Rojo Puerto Rico. This beach has a pebbly path that leads to white sands, blue waters, and sunny skies. There are trees skirting the beach that provide nice shade and a beautiful view of the local lighthouse on the cliffs. The aquatic wildlife and the strong salty smell in the air makes this beach less crowded than beaches that are more popular with tourists. It's a bit of a hidden treasure that I adore. I love coming here to take in the island heat and cool off with a refreshing swim and an ice-cold drink.
