Joan of Arc festival

Every year in May Orleans celebrate Joan of Arc during a five days festival. A girl from a local High school is selected to be the living embodiment of JOA. Clad in armour mounted on a horse, everyday she will lead a medival procession accross a diferent part of the city and participate to differents event like a sword attribution ceremony, the first cathedral light show of the season etc... For the occasion city will also host a medival market. The festival end with an electro set in front of the cathedral. It's a great event, a lot of fun.
