Keswick Festival of Lights

Once a year, fell walkers get together in Keswick, and do a night time walk up Catbells, carrying torches and lanterns. They start at staggered time, so that when the first get to the top, mothers are just starting, and there is a string of lights all the way up the hill.NB. "Fell" is the local name for a hill, and Catbells is the name of the hill across Derwentwater from Keswick town.
