Baking Bagels

I am a professional baker. I have worked at a variety of different places throughout my career. I have been fortunate enough to master french pastry (croissants, danishes and tarts), artisan ice cream, chocolate making, and sourdough breads/ bagels. These are some bagels, buns and bread I made at home recently.
