Filipino food

My culture's food is one of - if not the best way to connect back to home <3 uIt's nostalgic! Our cuisine tends to be sweet, sour, and salty. We love vinegar, soy sauce, and calamari (local tiny citrus) for seasonings. It's sour and salty! The first picture is Chicken Tinola, one of my favorites. The second is Sinigang na Isda sa Miso (Miso fish soup) my favorite of all time!
