The name of the instrument is Castañuelas. It's an instument that is used in Spanish national folk lore dances. The most known dance with that instrument is La Dansa, a simple dance that every Spanish folk lore dancer knows.The instrument is pretty difficult to use, because the dancers play it while dancing at the same time, and they have to play it fast with all their fingers, hitting it.
