Roscón de Reyes

The Roscón de Reyes is a Christmas sweet that is typically eaten on the night of January 5th or January 6th (that is, the night of the Three Kings Parade or the day of the Three Kings). It is an O-shaped bun filled with cream, whipped cream, truffle... and inside there are two surprises: a figurine (which is usually in the shape of a Three Wise Man) and a bean. Whoever randomly gets the figurine will be crowned king and whoever gets the bean will have to pay for the Roscón. It is delicious and a very fun tradition!
