Cattle in local downs

A few times a year Cattle may be moved to nearby 'downs' which are essentially large parks that are kept natural and allowed to grow. This is a Cattle I saw recently that has been moved to a down near my house for winter. They are very docile and friendly and people are allowed to walk through their enclosure as long as they keep their dog on a lead! :)
