There is a monument of 4 horsemen called Asenevtsi. It's a huge sight right in the middle of our town. The city is build on top of a couple of hills and when you're there if feels like you're in a valley surrounded by mountains. The view from the monument is something I can never get enough of. From there you can see the river below it, the whole town, with its old houses that seem like they were build on top of one another. Right next to the statue there is a hidden little bar where except for simple drinks such as beer and cider they offer popcorn. Interesting isn't it? My friends and I love getting a bow of popcorn and just sitting down talking while admiring the night view of the city. It's my favorite part of the summer. (I couldn't find good pictures but when I do I'm going to upload them!!!)
