Herrenhausen Castle and Baroque Gardens

Wonderful and large Baroque Gardens with fountains, statues, various fountains, labyrinth and a freaky „grotte“ designed by modern Artist Niki de Saint Phalle, alongside a rebuilt Castle. You can take hours of walks and relaxing, visit the museum and restaurant, or regularly attend concerts both outside or inside the galleries. It‘s a bit like a little Versailles here in Hannover, which is only 2 hours by train from both Berlin or Hamburg.
