Renaissance Festival in Texas

Throw on a garb and travel back in time to enjoy fire shows, jousts, jesters, while supporting small local businesses (blacksmiths, jewelers, seamstresses). The Texas Renaissance Festival is the largest in the world, covering 55 acres of forest and 200 acres of camping space. It first began in 1974, and is held from October to December.
