Le Mont Saint-Michel
Every summer, with my Church, there's a trip to Le Mont Saint-Michel. We park our cars in a city few kilometers away and we cross the bay, by feet, from that point to Le Mont Saint-Michel (a 7km walk on the sand, shifting sand and water). It's always exhausting, but it worths every minute of this pilgrimage ! After that, we can eat, we can go shopping, wandering in the alleys, before ending the day in the Abbey, at the very top of the mount. We go back to our cars by bus.You can go there by yourself, not with the church, obviously ! It's one of my favorite place in France !
