Highschool prom

Prom in Poland is an event organised on last year of highschool around January/February to celebrate 100 days to high school leaving examination called matura. We learn to dance national dance called polonez and later on we have fun until the morning. We don't have smt like queen and king voting. However we keep our superstitions and for example girls wear red garters for the whole night for luck on matura or boys wear new suit that should be wored during exams. It's also moment, when we can thank our teachers and school stuff members for their help through those years
