Lyon, My Adopted City

Lyon is a very walkable city. It's also easy to get around by taking the metro to any variety of its interesting neighborhoods. I love wandering around Vieux Lyon (Old Lyon), with its colorful Renaissance architecture and traditional bouchons (Lyonnaise bistro). During the month of December, the Fête des Lumières (Festival of Lights) features artists' light installations all over the city!
