Vedauwoo

The name Vedauwoo means "Earth Born" In the Arapahoe language. It is considered a sacred site used for vision quests. In later years it was known for outlaw hideouts. The Natives believed mischievous spirits resided here and would stack the rocks and boulders in ways that seem to defy physics. Today it is a somewhat popular rock climbing and camping spot.
