I'm in the marching band at my school and some of my most valued memories come to this. I hold marching band dear to me and will always do it. I play Glockenspiel for band and want to eventually do marching cymbals. I would love to talk about it as it takes up most of my time and all of my October! I love meeting other people in marching band and watching as many marching band shows as I can. If you don't know what marching band is I'd recommend looking it up on youtube and watching some shows. Marching band is basically a bunch of people get together to put on a show, typically played during american football halftime (the time between the second and third quarters so the players of the american football team can get a break) or at marching band competitions. There's many instruments in it so I'd look it up! I included a picture of my instrument, but I don't have any of marching cymbals, I replaced a guy that quit so I've been playing them for the last few games, but the marching season is sadly over for the year
