Giving tours of Missouri State Capitol dome

As a Senate staffer in the Missouri state legislature, I often give visitors tours of the state capitol building, including into the restricted dome area. It is one of my favorite parts of the job. One section is called the Whispering Gallery, and it is designed in such a way as to carry even the smallest sound very far, creating a natural operatic effect. Then, I take tours to the very top of the dome outside, for a view from the highest point in the whole area. It is such a privilege to share this with visitors.
