Winter Magic: -24°C in Finland

Today I went for a walk in -24°C (-11°F). The sky was a bright, clear blue, and the air felt incredibly fresh. In the first photo, you can see a small pine tree completely covered in snow. It looks like it’s wearing a thick white coat to survive the freeze. Even though it's freezing, these trees stay green and strong all winter. The second photo shows how cold it really is: my eyelashes froze and turned white from my own breath! This is a very common and funny thing that happens to us Finns during the coldest months. This silence and the biting frost are a true "keepsake" of my life in the North.
