Easter in Guadeloupe

Other countries have lambs, bunnies, or even chickens. In Guadeloupe, the animal we think of when we talk about Easter is the crab. It is consumed in many dishes, like the 'matété'. Also, it is very common for Guadeloupean families to go camping around beaches and rivers during Easter. (Pictures aren't mine)
