Pori, Bhature, and Dosa...

There is a wide range of Indian cuisine. With each state having its own culture and traditions, the diet and cuisine also shift. Here is a depiction of 3 of those Indian culinary (popular) examples:1. Pori Bhaji/ Pori Chane (middle) - Popular among North-west and North Indians, the curry varies with region, but the pori remains constant. Enjoyed regularly among various Indian households.2. Bhature Chole (left) - The big and soft bhaturas are a one-way ticket to a deep sleep after the meal. Mostly enjoyed among the North-western states, it is famous for being enjoyed daily by many in the capital of the country. Sometimes this dish can be a stereotype to refer to the capital, Delhi.3. Dosa with Sambar and chutney (right) - While it is the healthiest option among the three of these dishes, it is not the least flavorful one. Dosa, specifically Masala Dosa, is popular and is enjoyed by almost whole of the nation. Dosa has a lot of variants and traces back its roots from the South India. While you will find it in almost all the states of India, to taste the authentic version, it is recommended to find a South Indian restaurant.
