Jewish calendar

Even though Georgian calendar is widely used in Israel, the official calendar here is Jewish calendar which is based on the moon months. Therefore the whole set of national holidays here falls on different Georgian dates every year. E. g., the New Year according to the Jewish calendar is celebrated on Tishrei 1st, which falls somewhere in September or first days of October. One of the less expected consequences of this tradition is that yearly planners have to start in September and end in October or later, therefore spanning at least 13 Gregorian months instead of 12. Usually planners start with September and end with December of the following year, spanning 16 months.
