Cookie Decorating

My family has a history of baking cookies at Christmas, but one of the best things we do with all members of our family (even the non-bakers) is decorate sugar cookies or gingerbread. Sometimes even for other holidays like Halloween or Valentines day. It can range from a work of art, to a shaky kid's hand flooding the cookie with icing, to a statement of a baked good that spread too much.
