Every year when the weather starts turning cold I make homemade meatloaf in a muffin tin so that they’re already in person portion sizes. Beef, onions, breadcrumbs, seasoning, egg. Topped with a sauce made from ketchup, mustard, brown sugar. Served with mashed potatoes and a green veggie
