Hakka culture in Meinong District

Many Hakkanese live in Meinong (美濃). You can find the best Hakka flat noodles there. The one I visited is famous for their rainbow noodles (using completely natural ingredients!).Ground tea (擂茶) is also a famous traditional Hakka food. They make tea from ground sesame, peanuts, and other kinds of grain.The third photo is Mochi. It goes very well with peanut powder!
