YouGao for Dragon Boat Festival

This is a traditional food for the Dragon Boat festival in Gansu province, northwest China. Every year during the festival, my family makes this traditional food together. This is called "YouGao", which has the same function as "Zongzi". The method of making it is very simple. Boil glutinous rice and mix it with nuts and brown sugar, then wrap it in a fried pancake. It's extremely delicious. Hope you have the chance to taste this niche cuisine!
