Poutine: A Québec delicacy

Canada is known for the invention of the meal called Poutine. It is French Canadian, actually! From the province of Québec. It is pronounced "poo-tee-nnn". It's rather simple to make: fries, cheese curds and gravy. The secret to a great one is truly the chosen cheese curds and the type of gravy you use. It can either be real good or ordinary! Don't trust those fancy and expensive ones with a bunch of different ingredients on top... The best poutine will always be the most simple one. Trying different places to find the most delicious one is interesting and a fun activity!
