Eating at the sugarshack

Here, it's a common to go eat the sugarshack in spring! I also think it should be on your list of to-do things if you ever come to Quebec, or other places in Canada where maple tree grow. The sugarschacks are themselves diversified: some are modern, some look really oldschool. I prefer the latter, because it has existed for some time and it feels great to be in that old environment! And you will know that you can put maple syrup in almost anything! I especially like it in pea soup, or on ham! You can go with just anybody, but usually family like to reunite and laugh. You can't miss the opportunity to eat maple taffy blend on ice! *winks*
