Mardi Gras

Mardi Gras is a time old honored tradition here in Louisiana! It is also slightly celebrated in Alabama, but for the authentic experience of Mardi Gras, alsways turn to Louisiana. It is a holiday in Louisiana that happens every Febuary, and we celebrate differently depending in what part of louisiana you are from, but we all enjoy good food and zydeco music!
