An introvert whom prefers being alone yet when I connect with "my tribe" I come alive. Most of my friends are introverts aswell. I am half a century young, happily married, owned by fur kids,I work part time. My brain is wired the ADHD way which I embrace and rock. I am also in the perimenopause chapter in my life but it doesnt bother me I deal with it. My hobbies are many and varied penpalling, gardening, reading, music, rock art painting, exercise cycling, picklball, SUPaddling, meditation, energy healing,Qi Gong and eating as well as I can but I am no martyr I eat junk food at times ha ha
