I enjoy spending time outdoors: hiking, gardening, birdwatching, trail running, volunteering for environmental conservation projects. I love to read sci-fi/fantasy books. A few favorite authors are Tolkien, Christopher Ruocchio, Brandon Sanderson, and NK Jemison. I would describe myself as easy going and curious. I want to make the world a better place by connecting myself to new cultures and experiencing new perspectives and ideas.
