I am a gastronomy fanatic. Food culture, history, and memories are endlessly captivating to me. I collect vintage cookbooks and am working towards setting a record for the largest wine book collection in the world. I have traveled to over twenty countries and hope to visit even more. I've worked on organic farms and made wine as a cellar hand.I grew up in a small lobstering village in Maine, USA then went to boarding school in New Hampshire.
