Hello,I spend several days per week exercising, and love hiking in the mountains. I also bake from scratch and cook a lot (I mill my own flour at home and maintain a sourdough starter). It’s where I spend most of my time in mindfulness. My educational background is in Philosophy and Mental Health Counseling. I also have a spiritual side and am learning to listen to my intuition. I value deep and meaningful conversations, and connections that are genuine and honest.
