I have recently purchased a home that definitely needs some repairs and clean-up of items such as wiring and plumbing. It is a home that does have great potential. I enjoy using my experience in construction and engineering to plan each task.Hopefully, I can find others with similar knowledge and, perhaps, others with design skills to help with design and layout! This area I live in is small town USA. I imagine about 1700 people located in a strong Indiana farm community. I am definitely over-weight and have a few health problems (heart). This interfers with my abilities to do some work.
