I value depth over speed and try to live in a way that leaves room for wonder, humor, and care.My interests include spirituality, culture, justice, and storytelling, alongside travel, art, and long-form writing. I enjoy reading slowly, walking without a destination, journaling, and having conversations that move past small talk. Much of my time is spent learning, teaching, writing, and being attentive to the relationships and places that shape me.
