As an international student, I have recently moved from Slovakia to Maastricht. Back home, I used to spend a lot of time in our garden and hanging out with our cats and dogs. Here, I have leaned into my other hobbies, such as working with food and learning about it - making jams is my favourite summer activity. I like to spend my evenings improvising in the kitchen, reading books, or doing something creative. On the holidays, I try to go out and explore new places (whether by hiking or travelling). And in my opinion, no visit is truly complete without seeing a local grocery store :)
