I'm getting on a bit in age and have a few health issues, so my brain is the muscle I focus on to exercise now (although the sharp eyed of you may spot I'm a "horse girl" and indeed I share a herd of 5 with my daughter). I have just read a (fiction) book about an English woman who explores her mother's and grandmother's roots in Ukraine in 1930s to 1940s. She visits Ukraine in the current time and experiences a country at war. I was fascinated.
