I'm a married woman with a strong interest in community history and local initiatives that help to strengthen people's connections to history and preservation. I volunteer with local organizations that help to communicate history and hopefully foster the same love that I have for history in others. I have a background in art, art history, and a masters in museum studies. I am also an artist and paint and create digital artworks in my spare time. I especially love fantasy/horror illustration. I participate in book clubs centered around leftist politics, cooking, and popular fiction.
