To understand others, I first turn inward. I study psychology, anthropology, philosophy, mysticism, and meditation to quiet my mind and dissolve the illusions of my own personality. In that stillness, I rise into a clearer, almost sacred space where nothing needs to be reached and no one needs to become anything. This brings a liberating clarity, letting me see people as they truly are, free from attachment or aversion. To me, that is the essence of true friendship.
