Hi! I am the retired Mom of 3 daughters. I have a passion for growing plants, cooking and trying new recipes, and bird-watching. I like to shop at thrift stores and garage sales to find vintage treasures. I also like to read Christian books, and watch mysteries. I crochet, and recently I have started to 'junk journal', which is a great way to journal thoughts, gratitudes, and artistic collages. I love penpaling; getting to know people from around the world, and about their lifestyles. There is something really special about exchanging handwritten letters.
