I am a retired social worker who spent most of my career in human services management. I was married twice and widowed twice. I have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I am active in AA and have been sober for 11 years...I simply got tired of feeling sick and tired. I do volunteer work, long walks, yoga, journaling and reading. I am a progressive Democrat and do what I can to support progressive policies. I was raised Catholic but now attend the Episcopal church. I meet with a contemplative prayer group once a month.
