Born in Portugal, I currently live and work in Macau, China. An architect and Art Historian by profession, I'm dedicated to the study and conservation of architectural heritage, having founded a non-profit association for the preservation of industrial heritage in my hometown. The patient unveiling of beauty, sometimes hidden in plain sight, and its careful preservation, is a quest continued in my love for music, existential literature and the attempt to write the unknown stories of common people and the everyday life, as director of a small local newspaper focused on history and genealogy.
