Father of 4, love to cycle and be in nature or on the water. I consider myself generally knowledgeable and interested in a lot of things. Besides family & work I tend to spend time with cycling, skiing, hikes, diy projects, 3d printing and reading self help, leadership/management, team psychology books. In addition to this I coach a women's volleyball team and in season play some beach volleyball myself. Born in Türkiye, raised in the Netherlands and living in Switzerland have travelled a lot in Europe. So far writing has been a way for me to structure my thoughts & exchange ideas with others
